About the Project
The Erasmus+ project SeniorTalent – Unleashing talent & workforce of late-career employees and senior citizens to foster a socially and economically sustainable Europe aims to develop strategies and tools in human resource management for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to maintain and further develop the talents and skills of people aged 55 and over who are in transition to retirement or already retired. The aim is to put these skills to good use in the modern working world and promote their creative application.
We create meaningful change on three levels:

We promote growth and competitiveness in Finland, Austria, Germany and Latvia

Equipping SMEs with tools and strategies to empower employees and promote collaboration

Supporting the personal and professional development of senior executives
Why participate?
By participating in the SeniorTalent research project, SMEs in the partner regions will gain exclusive access to practical insights and tools that will help them support older employees and promote knowledge transfer to younger generations within their companies.
Participation is completely free, so that companies can benefit without financial restrictions.
